What is the key to optimal project leadership in the Hospitality industry?

When delivering projects to the service industry, our service to the customer is extremely important. Also having enough industry knowledge to understand customers and their needs. Whether the customer has a hotel with 45 rooms or 800 rooms, the project and the customer relationship are equally important.

What challenges do you face as PMO Director? 

To be able to deliver new projects on time and cost. I am absolutely sure that we will deliver on the quality. Follow up Hoist as a customer in a different way than we have done "internally" until now. Ensure that we get the same or higher competence in the new organization than we had before.
