What are you looking forward to the most during Infrateq's journey? 

To build a process together with the team's experience and competence that is supported by smart digital tools. And to work overtime to expand our scope to cover verticals other than hospitality.

What is the key to optimal project leadership in the Hospitality industry?

Work but without being seen. Many companies can offer project management and installation, but few can do it the same way we do. Several of our customers have occupancy 24/7 365 days a year, then you can not just thunder in with a poor technician to update the network, install a new TV set, etc.

What challenges do you face as CEO?

To lead the teams into working by region rather than country (previously when we were part of Hoist we had a mini Infrateq per country, now we take advantage of each other's experiences and merge the Nordic countries into one unit, Europe into one, as well as MEA ).
