Questions about TV solutions and licenses
What license is needed to show TV in my business?
You need to have a license that gives you the right to show TV in a public environment. Sometimes it is referred to as a viewing agreement, viewing rights, license agreement but it has the same purpose, to give you the right to show TV in public.
Why do we need a license to show TV?
Without a license agreement, it is not allowed to show TV in public/institutional settings such as hotels, offices, restaurants, bars, gyms, schools, hospitals and military facilities. The license gives you the right to show TV in public. However, viewing without a contract is a violation of copyright law and can lead to a penalty.

Questions about event licenses
What do I need to consider when I want to show e.g. sports or music events in my business?
For most events, a corporate subscription is required to get the right to show it publicly. Something we can of course help with. If you have requests or questions about organizing a special event, please contact us for more information.
Can we get a license for single events such as the Champions League final?
There are exceptions, where some events can be purchased via a one-time license. Get in touch with us and we'll sort it out.
Questions about channels and services
We have cable TV in our building and want to show more channels, how do we do that?
Contact us to make sure that the cable TV distributor can offer corporate subscriptions. Most distributors have cooperation agreements with Infrateq Group. You sign the subscription with us and we make sure you get the necessary hardware and program cards for each distributor.
Can we add channels to our subscription?
Yes, you can. Orders are placed with us at Infrateq Group. Contact us directly or through the form.
Questions about the streaming box/EzyTV
I need a new signal/update my program card?
If the card needs a signal update after we have activated it, a number is available 24/7. Call 08-555 685 90 and follow the instructions given on the phone.
1. enter the box's cam-id/receiver-id (11 digits)
2. Enter the card number (12 digits) Note that this only works when the card has already been activated, but needs an update. It is also not possible to change the recipient ID with this function. Remember to have the card number and cam ID/recipient ID available when you call.
Where can I find the box ID?
Usually the number can be found on the bottom or back of the box.
I need a new remote control, where do I go?
Order from your contact person at Infrateq Group.
Is there a guarantee on the box I bought?
The warranty period is 12 months from the start of the contract.
I need a new streaming box, what do I do?
Contact your contact person at Infrateq Group.
I have received a new streaming box from you. What do I do now?
We want to believe that it is easy to install, instructions and manuals are of course included with the box. If you still have problems with the installation, please contact us.
How do I pair the card with the box?
Instructions are included with the program card. If you have problems, contact us.
Questions about my subscription
Do I also need a subscription with the channel distributor, such as Discovery?
The short answer is no, you do not need a separate contract with the distributor. The distributor does charge a fee for providing the TV channels, but this is regulated in the contract you have with us. We have complete solutions for everything you might need.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Termination must be submitted in writing and emailed to Content.nordic@infrateqgroup.com. You will then receive a confirmation by email and a follow-up call.
